Maine jab NLP ki study shuru ki thi tab meri jab bhi kisi naye person se bat shuru hoti thi toh mai uske bare me janne ke liye usse hmesha ye 2 question jarur puchhta tha. Ke unki life ka sbse achha moment kon sa raha hai? or, unki life ka sabse bura moment kon sa raha hai? or 10 me se 7 log mujhe aise mile jinhe ye yaad bhi nahi k unki life ka sbse achha moment kya tha, Ye ek bht bada persentage hai, iska mtlb ye hai ki hum apna mostly time apnne buri ya negative memories me hi trapped rhte hai, Or hume apne acche moments ko yad krne k liye kafi sochna padta hai, Or kuchh ka ye bhi manna tha ki unki life me koi achha moment hua hi nahi, Sare moment bure hi rahe. Ab aise me hm apni life ko positive direction ki taraf kaise le kar jaynge. Jab hum mostly time negative memories me hi trapped rhte hai.

Ek angry, unsatisfied, unhappy, insecure or jelous insan ban ke hum apni life me kya hasil kar lenge, Life me khush rahne ki koshish karte hai, apne focus ko bhi increase karete hai par khush rah ke, sahi aproach ke sath, focused hone ke dusre bhi tarike ho sakte hai

Or ye koi fixed steps nahi hai ap apne hisab se kuchh changes kar sakte hai ye ek process ki tarah hai
- apne us 1 pal ko yad kijiye jab ap bahut khush the,
- notice kijiye ap kya dekh rahe hai, kya sun rahe hai, or mehsoos kar rahe hai,
- ap apne is pal ko picture ya video form me convert kijiye, or ise ap or bada kariye behtar kariyeiski coulor quality ko inhance karne ki koshish kijiye, us moment me khud ko mehsoos kariye, mehsoos kijiye ap kitne khush hai,
- notice kijiye kya us pal me aisa koi sound hai, jo apki positive feeling ko or bhi jada increase kar raha hai,us sound ko or bhi jada louder or pleasent banayiye, us sound ko apne head me inside outside move karne dijiye,
- ap apni us positive feeling ko apni poori body me move karne dijiye, apni feelings ke weight colour or texture in sabhi parameters ke sath apni feeling ko inhance hota hua mehsoos kijiye, us positivity ko apni puri body me mehsoos kijiye.

- apne us pal ko yad kijiye jab ap sad the. (shuruwat me ap aisi memories ke bare me soche jisme ap slightly sad hain.)
- notice kijiye kya koi aisa sound,picture ya feeling hai, jo ye moment ubhar kar bahar laa rahi hai,
- us puri moment ko ek film ki tarah dekhiye , imagine kijiye ap kisi theater m baithe ho, or wo film ki tarah chal rahi hai or ap khud ko ek observor ya watcher ki tarah mehsoos kijiye, us film ko black and white or blur karne ki koshish kijiye, agr us picture me koi sound hai jo apko bura feel kara raha hai to use cartoon me badlne ki kijiye like sound of micky mouse, ya use funny sound clip me convert kariye,
- us picture ki quality ko kam krne ki koshish kijiye, usko chhota kijiye or khud se dhire dhire door jata hua dekhiye, jab tak wo ek dot ban ke invisible na ho jaye, ap use khatm ya blast hota hua mehsoos kijiye, or uski jagah apki koi positive memory ko uski jagah lete huye mehsoos kijiye, or us happyness or satisfaction ko mehsoos kijiye.
